Marcin Pery
CEO - Chief Executive Officer
A visionary and creator of interactive climbing walls. He combines his passion for mechatronics with his love for sport climbing. Founder and CEO of companies in the internet, media, and new technologies sectors. Graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at WAT in Warsaw and a long-time lecturer there.
Marcin Wiciński
COO - Chief Operating Officer
An experienced architect and IT systems practitioner, specializing in designing and implementing IT solutions. He has managed projects and products at companies such as Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, BI Insight S.A., and M4B S.A. Graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at WAT in Warsaw.

Zbyszek Krośkiewicz
Climbing expert
A sport climbing instructor with nearly 40 years of experience on iconic routes in the Tatras, Alps, and Himalayas. Known for pioneering achievements like the winter ascent of Walker’s Pillar and a new route to Bhrigupanth. He co-created Poland’s first artificial climbing wall concepts and founded some of the country’s first climbing-related companies.
Grzegorz Bliźniuk
Expert in research and development projects
Over 30 years of experience in scientific research, teaching, IT system development, and IT project implementation. He was responsible, among other things, for Poland’s IT preparations to join the Schengen Area and for laying the groundwork for the development of government e-services. He is a research and teaching assistant professor at the Faculty of Cybernetics and a professor at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.
